{"abstract":"On December 24, 2013, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published its preliminary results of the 2011-2012 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on fresh garlic from the People's Republic of China (PRC).\\1\\ This review covers 139 companies. The mandatory respondents in this review are: Hebei Golden Bird Trading Co., Ltd. (Golden Bird) and Shenzhen Xinboda Industrial Co. Ltd. (Xinboda). Following the Preliminary Results, we invited interested parties to comment.
