{"abstract":"The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain preserved mushrooms from the People's Republic of China (PRC) covering the period February 1, 2013, through January 31, 2014. We preliminarily determine that sales made by Linyi City Kangfa Foodstuff Drinkable Co., Ltd. (Kangfa), and Zhangzhou Gangchang Canned Foods Co., Ltd. (Gangchang) were made below normal value (NV).
