{"abstract":"Based on affirmative final determinations by the Department of Commerce (the Department) and the International Trade Commission (ITC), the Department is issuing a countervailing duty (CVD) order on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod (steel wire rod) from the People's Republic of China (PRC).
