{"abstract":"In this document, the Commission granted in part the Prison Policy Initiative's (PPI) request that parties be given additional time to comply with the Commission's request for comments. Citing questions raised in the Commission's Second Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, PPI argued that the extension, if granted, would allow parties added time to provide more thorough, meaningful responses.
