{"abstract":"The Department of Commerce (\"the Department\") is conducting a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on multilayered wood flooring (\"MLWF\") from the People's Republic of China (\"PRC\"). The review covers one exporter of subject merchandise, Linyi Anying Wood Co., Ltd., (\"Anying\"). We preliminarily find that Anying has not made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value.
