{"abstract":"In the Federal Register issue of January 27, 2015, EPA published a direct final rule that amended the list of chemical substances that are partially exempt from reporting additional information under the Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule to add certain chemical substances. EPA received an adverse comment pertinent to all six of the chemical substances that are the subject of that rule.
