{"abstract":"The Department of Commerce (\"the Department\") determines that imports of certain steel nails (\"nails\") from the Republic of Korea (\"Korea\") are being sold in the United States at less than fair value (\"LTFV\"), as provided in section 735 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the \"Act\").
