{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving certain elements of New York's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted to demonstrate that the State meets the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA) for the 2008 National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for lead (Pb).
