{"abstract":"In this document, the Commission resolves several pending matters in the proceeding that established the network outage reporting rules. The Commission declines to adopt a proposal to expand its \"special offices and facilities\" outage reporting requirements to cover general aviation airports and it disposes of seven petitions for reconsideration.
