{"abstract":"We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), are listing the Honduran emerald hummingbird (Amazilia luciae) as endangered under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act). This species is endemic to Honduras, and the population is estimated to be between 5,000 and 10,000 breeding pairs.
