{"abstract":"The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) announces that it is reviewing a proposed noise compatibility program that was submitted for Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport under the provisions of Title 49 United States Code, Section 47501 et seq. (the Aviation Safety and Noise Abatement Act, hereinafter referred to as \"the Act\") and 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 150 by the Mohave County Airport Authority. This program was submitted subsequent to a determination by FAA that associated noise exposure maps submitted under 14 CFR part 150 for Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport were in compliance with applicable requirements, effective November 21, 2013 (Federal Register Volume 78, No. 230, 11-29-2013).
