{"abstract":"On June 29, 2015, President Obama signed into law the Trade Preferences Extension Act of 2015. The Act provides a number of amendments to the antidumping duty (\"AD\") and countervailing duty (\"CVD\") laws but does not specify dates of application for those amendments.
