{"abstract":"The Coast Guard announces that it has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget for an information collection request associated with notice of arrival requirements in a final rule we published in the Federal Register on January 30, 2015. In that rule, we stated we would publish a document in the Federal Register announcing the effective date of these collection-of-information related sections.
