{"abstract":"The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is amending its published regulations that include the Agency's addresses. MSHA relocated its Headquarters offices and also will discontinue renting the Post Office boxes it uses for mail delivery to the Pittsburgh Safety and Health Technology Center and Respirable Dust Processing Laboratory.
