{"abstract":"Michigan applied to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for final authorization of certain changes to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). On March 31, 2015, EPA published a proposed rule to authorize the changes and opened a public comment period under Docket ID No. EPA-R05-RCRA- 2014-0689. The comment period closed on June 1, 2015. EPA received no comments on the proposed rule.
