{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published a final rule in the Federal Register on July 27, 2015, titled National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for the Portland Cement Manufacturing Industry and Standards of Performance for Portland Cement Plants. This final rule makes technical corrections and clarifications to the regulations published in that final rule.
