{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the State of Missouri submitted on October 17, 2013. These revisions remove definitions that were in this rule but have been moved to the state's general definitions rule. The revisions also add text and corrects a wording error found in the rule.
