{"abstract":"Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of the Interior is issuing a public notice of its intent to amend the system of records titled \"Oracle Federal Financials (OFF), DOI-91.\" The system provides the Interior Business Center customer agencies with a web-based financial accounting application for financial management purposes such as for budgeting, purchasing, procurement, reimbursement, and reporting and collection functions.
