{"abstract":"The Department of Commerce (the Department) is initiating a changed circumstances review (CCR) of the antidumping duty (AD) order on drawn stainless steel sinks from the People's Republic of China (PRC) with regard to Ningbo Afa Kitchen and Bath Co., Ltd. (Ningbo). We preliminarily determine that Ningbo is the successor-in-interest to Yuyao Afa Kitchenware Co., Ltd. (Yuyao) for purposes of determining AD liability.
