{"abstract":"The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), through the BroadbandUSA program, in conjunction with Next Century Cities will hold a one-day regional broadband summit, \"Digital Northwest,\" to share information to help communities build their broadband capacity and utilization.
