{"abstract":"For the preliminary results of administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy, the Department of Commerce (the Department) preliminarily determines that sales of subject merchandise by Filmag Italia Spa (Filmag) were made at less than normal value during the period of review.\\1\\ The period of review is February 1, 2014, through January 31, 2015.
