{"abstract":"The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a final rule to amend the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to clarify and update the contracting by negotiation GSAR section. The rule updates GSAR part 515 by eliminating out of date references and reorganizes the text to align with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
