{"abstract":"On December 7, 2015, the Department of Commerce (\"the Department\") published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of the 2013-2014 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from the People's Republic of China (\"PRC\").\\1\\ The period of review (\"POR\") is November 1, 2013, through October 31, 2014. We invited parties to comment on our Preliminary Results.
