{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is making a determination, under the Clean Air Act (CAA), that the Cleveland, Ohio (OH) and St. Louis, Missouri-Illinois (MO-IL) areas attained the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), by the applicable attainment date of July 20, 2016.
