{"abstract":"The Coast Guard is establishing a safety zone on the navigable waters of the confluence of the James River and the Appomattox River in Hopewell, Virginia. This safety zone will restrict vessel movement within a 700-foot radius of the fireworks barge during the fireworks display for the City of Hopewell centennial celebration.
