{"abstract":"In this Report and Order, the Commission updates several of its outage reporting metrics, methodologies, and procedures for a number of providers covered in the Commission's rules concerning disruptions to communications and directs the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau (Bureau) to further evaluate issues related to the sharing of information from the Commission's Network Outage Reporting System (NORS) with state and federal partners.
