{"abstract":"In recent years, a number of Federal agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Department of Education (ED), and the Department of Justice (DOJ), have all interpreted prohibitions against sex discrimination under various Federal civil rights laws and regulations.
