{"abstract":"The Department of Commerce (\"the Department\") preliminarily determines that imports of ferrovanadium from the Republic of Korea (\"Korea\") are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (\"LTFV\"). The period of investigation (\"POI\") is January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015. The estimated weighted-average dumping margins of sales at LTFV are shown in the \"Preliminary Determination\" section of this notice.
