{"abstract":"This rule amends the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's (FDIC) regulations under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to incorporate certain changes made to the FOIA by the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016 (FOIA Improvement Act).
