{"abstract":"The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is issuing this final rule to remove the copy of the Financial Assistance/Subsidy Arrangement (Arrangement) and the summary of the Financial Control Plan from the appendices of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) regulations.
