{"abstract":"The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is amending its regulations addressing requirements for the Federal Home Loan Banks' (Banks) new business activity (NBA) notices. The final rule reduces the scope of activities requiring submission of an NBA notice, modifies the submission requirements, and establishes new timelines for agency review and approval of such notices.
