{"abstract":"VA is announcing that all per diem funding for grants awarded during fiscal year (FY) 1994 through FY 2016 under VA's Homeless Providers GPD will be terminated, in accordance with the grant award agreements. This does not apply to special need grants and Transition in Place (TIP) grants. Prior to September 30, 2017, VA will offer the opportunity to compete for new grants through a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to grantees whose transitional housing and service center grants will be terminated.
