{"abstract":"The Coast Guard proposes to establish a temporary safety zone for certain waters of the Detroit River. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters near Elizabeth Park, Trenton, MI, during a fireworks display on July 14, 2017. If inclement weather, this event will take place on July 15, 2017. This proposed rulemaking would prohibit persons and vessels from being in the safety zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Detroit or a designated representative.
