{"abstract":"On December 6, 2016, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published its Preliminary Rescission for the new shipper review (NSR) of the antidumping duty order on honey from the People's Republic of China (PRC). The period of review is December 1, 2014, through November 30, 2015. As discussed below, we preliminarily determined to rescind this review because we found the new shipper sales of Shanghai Sunbeauty Trading Co., Ltd. (Sunbeauty) to be non- bona fide. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we make no changes to the Preliminary Rescission.
