(Church) pursuant to the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998 (SNPLMA), as amended, to resolve an unauthorized use of public lands. The sale will be subject to the applicable provisions of Section 203 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA) and BLM land sale regulations.
