{"abstract":"The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for the navigable waters within a 300-yard radius of the swing span portion of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA)/AMTRAK Bridge, at mile 0.05 on the Danvers River, between Salem and Beverly, Massachusetts. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels and the marine environment from potential hazards created during removal and replacement of the swing span portion of the MBTA Railroad Bridge.
