{"abstract":"We are revising an earlier proposal for certain Bombardier, Inc., Model DHC-8-401 and -402 airplanes. This action revises the notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) by adding certain airplanes to the applicability and adding specified actions. We are proposing this airworthiness directive (AD) to address the unsafe condition on these products.
