{"abstract":"The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published a direct final rule in the Federal Register on June 23, 2017 titled National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) From the Portland Cement Manufacturing Industry: Alternative Monitoring Method.
