{"abstract":"This rule updates the regulations required for the enforcement of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended (commonly referred to as \"Title IX\") for financial assistance from the Department of Agriculture. Title IX prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in education programs or activities that receive Federal financial assistance. The regulation provides guidance to recipients of Federal financial assistance who administer education programs or activities.
