{"abstract":"On September 21, 2017, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposed a rule titled, \"National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants From the Portland Cement Manufacturing Industry Residual Risk and Technology Review.\" The EPA is extending the comment period on the proposed rule that was scheduled to close on November 6, 2017, by 15 days until November 21, 2017.
