{"abstract":"NMFS implements accountability measures for commercial gray triggerfish in the exclusive economic zone (EEZ) of the Gulf of Mexico (Gulf) through this temporary rule. NMFS projects commercial landings for gray triggerfish will reach the commercial annual catch target (ACT)(commercial quota) by November 18, 2017. Therefore, NMFS is closing the commercial sector for gray triggerfish in the Gulf EEZ on November 18, 2017.
