{"abstract":"On July 7, 2017, The Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the Preliminary Rescission and Preliminary Results of the aligned 2015-2016 new shipper review and 2015-2016 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on honey from the People's Republic of China (China), covering the period December 1, 2015, through November 30, 2016. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Rescission and Preliminary Results. After analyzing interested parties' comments, we made no changes for the final results of these reviews.
