{"abstract":"Due to the receipt of adverse comments, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing the November 14, 2017 direct final rule approving State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of New Hampshire. New Hampshire's SIP revisions modified existing recordkeeping and reporting requirements for sources of air pollution, and modified an existing order for Sturm Ruger & Company.
