{"abstract":"The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposes to amend its regulations governing the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA). The proposed revisions would clarify and update these regulations to conform to changes in law and policy that control the administration of CHAMPVA and would include details concerning the administration of CHAMPVA that are not reflected in current regulations.
