{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is granting the State of Ohio Final Authorization of the requested changes to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as set forth below. The Agency published a proposed rule on September 15, 2017 and provided opportunity for public comment. EPA received no comments. No further opportunity for comment will be provided.
