{"abstract":"The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is amending its regulations to collect information on nuclear material possessed by entities in the U.S. Caribbean Territories, as well as to allow for International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspection access, if requested by the IAEA.
