{"abstract":"NMFS hereby issues regulations to implement management measures described in Amendment 47 to the Fishery Management Plan for the Reef Fish Resources of the Gulf of Mexico (FMP), as prepared by the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council (Council) (Amendment 47). This final rule revises the stock annual catch limit (ACL) for vermilion snapper. Additionally, Amendment 47 establishes a proxy for the estimate of the stock maximum sustainable yield (MSY).
