NHTSA will also accept comment on NHTSA's Draft Environmental Impact Statement (Draft EIS), available on NHTSA's website at www.nhtsa.gov/corporate-average-fuel-economy/ safe. Three hearings will be held, on September 24, September 25, and September 26, 2018.
