{"abstract":"The State of Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) has applied to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for final authorization of the changes to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The EPA has reviewed Louisiana's application, and has determined that these changes satisfy all requirements needed to qualify for final authorization and is proposing to authorize the State's changes.
