{"abstract":"The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters within a 190 yard radius of a fireworks barge located in Tumon Bay for the New Year's Eve Fireworks display. The Coast Guard believes this safety zone is necessary to protect the public from potential hazards created by the fireworks display fallout.
